And the last of three Lord Of The Rings sketches.
I had more, including a very good Gandalf that went with this one of Aragorn, but sadly I've lost all of the old scans I had from that era.

Aragorn 2.
One of three Lord Of The Rings sketches I did years ago when the first movie came out and I was blown away by the look of the thing.
Cthulhu tree.
The finished drawing from the previously posted sketch.
Turned out rather well I thought.

Tree.
Another spooky drawing for halloween. A sketch for a cthulhu tree.
Because what is halloween without Lovecraftian terror?

Sketch.
Sketch of Andy Whitfield as Spartacus.
Really gonna miss him in that show, damn shame his cancer came back. Will do a few drawings of him and try them on ebay, see if I can raise some funds to donate to cancer research.

Paget Brewster work in progress.
Working up from the previous sketch, face almost finished, though I have to see it in daylight to see if the shading is right. Working under electric light at night is usually fine, but the character of a drawing can change a lot in daylight the next day.
And then, the drawing of the endless strands of hair. Though I think I might cheat with the hair on this one a bit. Because I think she might suit a looser half-complete suggestion of hair. But. I shall see.

Edward James Olmos.
Commander Adama from Battlestar Galactica. I just love this guys face, and had to draw it.

Butterfly.
Peacock butterfly sunning itself on my path, was kind enough to allow me to get nice and close with my camera. It had probably just hatched, and was drying it's wings.
Signed prints are available at any size. Please just drop me a line for prices.
I have many photographs of butterflies, and will no doubt post more soon.

Jensen Ackles.
Portrait of Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester from Supernatural.
Took a lot of work to get this right. He kept turning out looking far too old, before I finally nailed it.

Commissioned portrait.
This might wind up being used as a character portrait in a computer game.

Sketch.
One of my work in progress sketches for a project.
I usually scan these and save them, so I have a record, even though they get drawn over for finished pieces.

Gladiator.
Not Magneto from the X-men as a friend of mine suspected, but actually a warrior from the ancient world, Spartan or Gladiator.

Eye.
A friend of mine commissioned some drawings of herself as a present for her mum. This is one of the results, a super close-up on her right eye.
Didn't quite manage to get reflection in there.

David Tennant.
Portrait of the 10th Doctor Who, as played by David Tennant. Who, as it turns out, is remarkably difficult to draw, because he's one of those people who doesn't really look like himself in photographs, it's only in motion when his face really clicks as him.
